Thompson's past experiences includes top-level Finance, Operations and manufacturing leadership. He holds a BS in Marketing and Minor in Economics from California State University at Long Beach, and an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.

Hiring Jeff Thompson is part of Stewart's overall plan to realign its business to adapt to the changing needs of the marketplace and better leverage its global operations in California, Ohio, Copenhagen and Singapore. Growth in Asia and expansion of products offered through production facilities in Europe will be aided by Stewart's new strategic hires, including recent senior leadership appointments in global Marketing and Stewart Filmscreen Europe.
