Electrical Screen Control Options
Stewart Filmscreen offers a variety of control systems. Please verify your control system of choice is compatible with your Stewart screen.

B.R.I.C - Binary Reciprocal Interface Control - Click here for more information on the BRIC System
BRIC is the first digital motor control system with multiple connections systems for external interfaces (RS-232/RS-422) using CAT 5 connections, external Screen Trigger Interface, and external IR and/or keypad interface using CAT 5 connections.

Q.E.D. (Quiet Electronic Drive) Silent Motor - Click here for more information on the Q.E.D. Motor

New Silent Motor by Lutron is now available as an option with our Luxus Model A and Visionary Electriscreens (contact stewart for size limitations)

STI - Screen Trigger Interface
Factory installed internal 12-volt control that interfaces with low voltage triggering outputs from projectors, receivers, or integrated system control units, 200-800 milliamps (ma) recommended.

VICS - Video Interface Control System
External 12-volt control, interfaces with triggering outputs from projector, receivers or integrated system controllers. (Outboard version of STI)

HVS - High Voltage Switch

Standard control option with most Stewart Electriscreens.

LVC - Low Voltage Control with Wall Switch
Low voltage screen control (includes optional wall switch) will allow for switching conductors to be run in Class II (small wire, exposed, no conduit), and will interface with most outboard video switching systems.

IRR - Infrared Remote
The IRR is an Infrared Low Voltage Control (LVC). System includes modular, plug in infrared (IR) sensor and hand held transmitter.

WRC - Wireless RF Remote Control
This kit uses radio frequency (RF) signals to control an external receiver that is connected to the screen's motor leads and plugs directly into a standard AC outlet. Up, down, and stop functions.

DOST - Dual Option Screen Trigger
Permits operation of screen from projector trigger and a Class II (low voltage) wall switch (supplied).

DIR - Dual Channel Infrared
2 LVC controls, with 2 eye sensors and one hand held transmitter, permitting independent IR control of two motors. These are used with motorized masking systems.

TIR - Triple Channel Infrared
3 LVC controls, with 3 eye sensors and one multi-channel hand held transmitter, permitting independent IR control of three motors. These are used with motorized masking systems such as the Ultimate 4Way ElectriMask or custom triple motor electric screens.

IRR-K - Infrared Remote Kit
Kit includes eye sensor and one-single channel hand held transmitter. This kit is available for after-market addition of Infrared (IR) capability to a SFC LVC.
